25+Digital Realty partnered with Console Connect to address a growing challenge faced by enterprises worldwide: how to keep pace with the massive surge in data volumes driven by cloud adoption and emerging technologies like Generative AI. They recognised that traditional connectivity models can be too rigid and complex to support the scale, speed, and security modern workloads demand.
By bringing together Console Connect’s automated Network-as-a-Service platform (NaaS) with Digital Realty’s open orchestration platform, ServiceFabric®, on global data centre platform, PlatformDIGITAL®, the partnership set out to provide enterprises with greater agility, cost control, and security when connecting across data centres, clouds, and ecosystems.
Building on their initial collaboration in 2022, Console Connect and Digital Realty achieved a major milestone in 2025 with a full API integration. This integration extended ServiceFabric®’s reach to more than 700 data centres and 290+ cloud on-ramps, enabling enterprises to provision secure, private, and on-demand connectivity at a scale not possible before.
The rapid adoption of Generative AI and the migration of mission-critical workloads to the cloud are driving unprecedented volumes of sensitive data through networks.
Managing WAN complexity as workloads become more distributed across clouds and regions.
Maintaining performance and uptime for data-intensive and latency-sensitive applications.
Containing costs, with rising cloud egress charges and rigid long-term contracts impacting budgets.
Scaling rapidly and securely in response to fluctuating workloads.
PlatformDIGITAL® is designed to enable customers to deploy, connect, and manage critical data infrastructure, while ServiceFabric® extends this platform with an open, on-demand interconnection fabric that provides visibility, automation, and control for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Although ServiceFabric® already enabled secure, scalable, and efficient interconnections for enterprise customers, Digital Realty was looking for ways to extend its global reach and enable customers to connect across more locations and networks through a single interface.
To address this challenge, Console Connect and Digital Realty joined forces to integrate Console Connect’s automated NaaS platform with Digital Realty’s ServiceFabric®.
In 2025, the two companies achieved a major milestone by completing a full API integration between their platforms to improve service provisioning.

By combining Console Connect’s global NaaS platform with Digital Realty’s ServiceFabric®, the partnership is delivering:
Enhanced network security and performance
Traffic runs over PCCW Global’s automated, private network backed by carrier-grade SLAs, offering class-of-service options, lower latency, and improved data reliability.
Agility and scale
Enterprises can dynamically add circuits or bandwidth in real-time to meet new cloud and AI workloads, simplifying network expansion.
Reduced costs
Private dedicated cloud connections deliver egress charge savings of up to 50%, while flexible, usage-based pricing enables customers to control costs by paying only for the bandwidth they need.
Simplified management
Through a single interface, customers can discover, connect and collaborate with ecosystems across PlatformDIGITAL® and Console Connect, leveraging ServiceFabric® as the open interconnection fabric that unifies both ecosystems.
Global reach
With access to a total of 700+ data centres worldwide on ServiceFabric®, the partnership provides enterprises with unprecedented connectivity opportunities and supports the deployment of AI and data-intensive applications at scale.
